All orders will be subject to applicable sales tax where required by law.
How we Pack
Our gelato orders are carefully packed with dry ice in a reusable insulated box, which is then placed inside a corrugated double strength box.
Delivery
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, or via UPS 2nd Day Air service. You must indicate if you are in a rural area not serviced by UPS. UPS will not deliver a package with dry ice on Saturday. You will be sent tracking information once the shipment is scheduled so that you can follow it's every move. You must place your gelato immediately in a freezer.
Please note: we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All orders placed before 12PM EST on each of these days will be shipped the same day, except for orders placed after 12PM Wednesday or any other day after Wednesday which will ship the following Monday.
Returns
We cannot accept the return of perishable products. Please contact us immediately with any concerns or questions regarding your gelato at info@gelatogiuliananj.com.
Important note about receiving your order
Gelato Giuliana NJ guarantees that all gelato orders will arrive frozen within two days of shipment. If no one is present to receive the order, UPS will attempt to leave the package in as secure a place as possible. Upon receipt remove all gelato from packaging and place immediately in your freezer to guarantee a quality frozen product. UPS and Gelato Giuliana NJ cannot be held responsible for the condition of the frozen product if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery.
If you are sending a gift to someone you obviously really like, please forward the tracking information to the recipient or simply let them know that it will be arriving. The knowledge of the highly perishable nature of gelato needs to be passed along so they can be available for the delivery and get their gift into a freezer upon arrival. UPS and Gelato Giuliana NJ cannot be held responsible for the condition of the frozen product if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery.
